We've completely reimagined your CRM homepage to make your daily workflow faster and more intuitive. After listening to feedback from agents across our network, we realized you were spending too much time clicking through menus to find basic tools. That changes today.

The new homepage is built around how you actually work - with everything you access daily now available in organized sections right when you log in.


What's New: A Walkthrough of Your Updated Homepage

Daily Activities - Your Command Center

The most-used section of your CRM is now front and center. The Daily Activities section gives you one-click access to:

  • Contacts - Jump directly to your contact database

  • Sales Pipelines - Access your client tools and pipeline management

  • Policy Records - View and manage policies without navigating through multiple menus

  • Carrier Info - Quick reference to carrier details (note: this may take a moment to load due to the volume of data)

No more three-click journeys to get to your pipeline. It's right there.


Agency Resources - Everything in One Place

We've created a dedicated hub for the resources you reference throughout the day:

  • Form Submissions - Review all incoming forms from your website or campaigns

  • 2026 Federal Poverty Level Chart - Always have the updated FPL chart at your fingertips for ACA quoting

  • Circum Licensing Portal - Direct access to manage agent licensing

This section is especially valuable during ACA season when you're constantly cross-referencing income eligibility.


Marketing Tools - Create and Deploy Faster

Your marketing toolkit is now easily accessible from the homepage:

  • Email Templates - Access pre-built templates for common client communications

  • Quick Reply Snippets - Save time with templated responses

CRM Updates & Announcements - Never Miss a Beat

At the bottom of your homepage, you'll find two critical sections:

CRM Updates Section - A running log of all feature releases, improvements, and video walkthroughs. Bookmark this page if you want to stay on top of what's new.

Announcements Widget - Click the help widget in the corner and select "Announcements" to see the latest updates and feature releases. We'll use this for time-sensitive updates that need your immediate attention.


Why This Matters

Here's the reality: most CRMs are built for software people, not insurance agents. You shouldn't need to memorize a navigation tree to find your pipeline or carrier info. This redesign is focused on speed and clarity - getting you to the tools you need with fewer clicks and less cognitive load.

  1. Log into your CRM and navigate to "Max Method Home"

  2. Take 5 minutes to explore each section - click around and see what's available

  3. Bookmark the sections you use most frequently

  4. Check the Announcements widget weekly to stay updated on new features
