Marshall is an insurance agent first and a tech nerd second. After over eight years in the industry, he has tested over 50 different CRM platforms — always searching for a system that checked all the boxes. After being disappointed time and again, he decided to build a CRM from the ground up. His vision was to create something that complemented his existing agency processes and eliminated the need for dozens of duct-taped subscriptions. As the lead developer behind Max Methodology, his experience as an independent agency owner keeps the platform grounded in real-world agent needs. If you have questions or issues, Marshall is your guy.

Rebecca is a published author, licensed insurance broker, consultant, and owner of Ark Insurance Solutions, LLC. She has been working in the health insurance industry since 2004, sits on the CMS Advisory Panel, and regularly meets with legislators to improve the industry for consumers and agents alike. Working hand-in-hand with Marshall, she completely revamped her agency processes to become more efficient and effective. Her breadth of knowledge in health insurance has helped Max Methodology become bigger and better for the agents it serves. She is constantly devising new strategies to ensure the platform is comprehensive, compliant, and meets the demands of busy agency owners everywhere.
